"An opportunity to purchase a spacious two bedroom semi detached house, in need of some updating but providing very comfortable living, just moments from Waitrose and Lymington High Street. Located within Lymington schools catchment and boasting a well maintained and mature rear garden.



A half glazed front entrance door opens to the entrance porch which in turn opens to the main Hall. The Living Room has a double glazed window to the front. The Kitchen is a good size, fitted with cabinets above and below the worktop, an electric oven and hob, space for a fridge freezer, space for a breakfast table and a door to the rear porch which in turn leads to the garden. From the kitchen there is also a door to the WC store, with a WC and wash hand basin.

The First Floor Landing has a trap to the partly boarded roof space with light, this may allow for further extension, subject to planning permission. There are two bedrooms, bedroom one is a large double room, bedroom two is a good size and overlooks the rear garden. The newly fitted bathroom includes a bath separate shower, basin and wc.
