"Tucked away yet close to the town; Welcome to Kings Crescent.

This semi detached bungalow offers sizeable living spaces including three bedrooms, a sitting room and a kitchen with dining family room. Outside, there is ample off road parking to the front and a large south west facing garden to the rear. The property is within easy reach of the town s shops and schools.

THE PROPERTY
The front door opens into the lobby and the inner front door leads into the hall. Leading off to both the left and the right are bedrooms one and two, both of which have fitted wardrobes and overlook the front garden. Following on from here, on the right is bedroom three which is currently used as a study. Adjacent to this, a door leads through to the spacious family dining room which has a roof lantern and an airing cupboard. This then leads through to the kitchen which is fitted with a range of floor and wall mounted units incorporating a gas hob with extractor above, double oven and sink. A glazed door gives access to the patio and garden. Back in the hall, towards the end is the family bathroom which comprises a panelled bath, corner shower enclosure, WC and wash basin. The large sitting room overlooks the rear garden with French doors opening out onto the patio and garden.

OUTSIDE
The property is accessed from Kings Crescent by a gravel drive which provides ample off road parking. To the side of the property, a gate gives access to large south west facing garden. There is a raised paved terrace adjacent to the kitchen and sitting room with the rest of the garden being laid to lawn with a variety of mature shrubs and plants. DIRECTIONS
From our office in the High Street proceed up into St Thomas Street joining the one way system in the right hand lane. Continue past Waitrose and both sets of traffic lights and after a short distance turn left into Kings Road and the property will be seen on the left hand side just before the road bends round to the right.
