Located close to the town centre, marinas and yacht clubs, this home is a perfect blend of comfort, style and convenience, ideal for family living in this premier location.

THE GROUND FLOOR
The front door opens into the spacious reception hall where there is a useful cloaks cupboard, as well as a staircase to the first floor with a galleried landing. Leading off to the right of the hall, double doors open into the dual aspect sitting room which overlooks the front and side elevations, and adjacent to this is the dining room home office. To the end of the hall, a door opens into the lovely kitchen breakfast family room which is fitted with an extensive range of floor and wall mounted units with granite work surfaces incorporating a one and a half bowl sink, two electric ovens with plate warmer and microwave, induction hob with extractor above, integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer and a peninsula breakfast bar. There is ample space for a large dining table, and adjacent to this bi fold doors give access to the glass garden room which in turn leads to the garden via sliding doors and bringing the garden into the house.
