A substantial four bedroom home, presented in excellent order throughout with a delightful well-stocked walled garden, integral double garage and ample parking. Situated in a quiet and private position on south side of the High Street in a highly regarded close which is within walking distance of the town‘s amenities, the coastal pathways and extensive sailing facilities.  EPR: D



The house is positioned at the very end of a no through road and is therefore largely untroubled by passing traffic. Situated in the sought after southern fringes of Lymington the house is ideally positioned for numerous characterful pubs and the town‘s renowned sailing clubs. There are also open countryside and attractive rural lanes nearby. Woodside Park is just around the corner and the varied shops, cafes and restaurants of Lymington‘s historic Georgian High Street is just over three quarters of a mile to the north.



The covered entrance porch with UPVC front door leads into the spacious hallway with a useful under stairs storage cupboard and cloakroom.
