"A beautifully presented four bedroom semi-detached town house situated in the popular village of Liss. The property was built two years ago by the highly regarded local developer Amiga Homes Ltd, and specified to a high standard. The well-proportioned accommodation is arranged over three floors and comprises an entrance hall with a cloakroom and internal door to the garage. The kitchen/dining room is well-appointed with granite worktops, Bosch appliances and a Caple gas range, along with French doors out to the rear garden. On the first floor there is a sitting room with a Juliette balcony, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the second floor the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a further bedroom
plus a shower room.
