"A well presented detached house, situated in a private close which is shared by nine homes. The property was built in 1928 and has been extended by the current owners to provide much improved ground floor living space. The practical ground floor accommodation includes a sitting room which leads to a study/bedroom 4. There is a good size kitchen with integrated oven, hob and dishwasher, utility room, separate dining room and ground floor cloakroom. To the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with fitted wardrobes, and a family bathroom. The current owners have had planning permission to extend the first floor accommodation in the past, however this has now lapsed.

Situation
Occupying a pleasant and most convenient position within 0.25 miles of Liphook village centre with its range of shops including Sainsbury's supermarket. Liphook railway station is on the Waterloo/Portsmouth mainline with a journey time into London of about 1 hour. There is an excellent choice of both state and private schools in the vicinity including Bohunt Secondary School which was voted the Secondary School of the Year in 2014 by TES. There are many acres of fine countryside close at hand including much under the ownership of the National Trust.
