"Well presented two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor flat in a relatively new block, also providing a kitchen, living room, family bathroom and storage cupboards. The block is set in the heart of the village just yards from Sainsburys supermarket with communal gardens to the rear and allocated parking for all the flats. The main line railway station is approximately half a mile away as are all the other main facilities that a place the size of Liphook provides. The A3 provides a link to London and the south coast. Internal viewing is recommended and can be arranged by contacting the Liphook office of the sole selling agents, Clarke Gammon Wellers on 01428 728900.

ACCOMMODATION Property is entered via a communal entranceway door with obscured glass panels to either side and equipped with an entry phone system.
