"A charming detached period cottage of character, presented with colour washed rendered elevations under a mansard tiled main roof. The property was extended to the rear about 30 years ago. Features of the ground floor include a double aspect sitting room with wood block flooring and open fireplace, open plan fitted kitchen/dining room and a study which could be used as an occasional fourth bedroom. To the first floor there are three bedrooms.

Situation
Occupying a delightful tucked-away position at the end of a gravel drive, yet set in a highly convenient location within about 250 yards of the village centre. Liphook provides a range of shops including Sainsburys supermarket. Liphook station on the Waterloo/Portsmouth main line is about 0.5 mile. There is an excellent choice of schools in the area including Bohunt Community Schoool which won the TES Secondary School of the Year in 2014. More comprehensive facilities are available in the town of Haslemere, within about 5 miles. There are many acres of fine countryside close at hand, much under the ownership of the National Trust.
