"A well appointed detached family house built about 44 years ago, presented with brick elevations under a tiled roof. The property has been the subject of several recent improvements by the current owners including the provision of UPVC double glazing, refurbished bath/shower room and refitted kitchen benefitting from built in double oven with heating drawer under, four ring gas hob and integrated washing machine. The accommodation is of good proportions and there is scope for extending the property subject to planning.

Situation
The property is pleasantly situated at the end of a close occupying a corner position. Liphook village centre is within about 0.5 mile including Sainsbury's supermarket, a range of shops, together with doctor's surgeries, library and a variety of recreational facilities. Liphook station on the Portsmouth/Waterloo mainline is without about 0.75 mile. There is an excellent choice of both state and private schools in the area including the highly regarded Bohunt Community School. More comprehensive facilities are available in the town of Haslemere within about 5 miles. There are many acres of fine countryside close at hand including much under the ownership of the National Trust.
