From the shops in the centre of Lee-on-the-Solent seafront turn north adjacent to the pelican crossing into Milvil Road, and first right into the High Street. Turn third left into Russell Road, and Russell Road becomes Leamington Crescent just after the junction with Fell Drive. This particular property will then be found along on the right hand side.
