Directions
From the shops in the centre of Lee-on-the-Solent seafront turn right heading north adjacent to the Pelican crossing into Milvil Road and first right into the High Street.  Turn first left into Manor Way, signposted to Fareham, and proceed to the traffic lights turning right into Cherque Way.  Turn right at the roundabout onto Fitzroy Drive and follow the road around until Estancia Close can be found on the left hand side.
