"Situated in a quiet cul de sac in the popular and convenient location of Cherque Farm, an attractive family home offering generous reception rooms, four bedrooms, driveway parking, garaging and a delightful, private garden with outside garden room.

This much loved home has been owned by my clients since it was built in 2001 and offers well maintained accommodation throughout. The frontage to the property is low maintenance and the tarmac driveway has parking for four cars. On entering the hallway the feeling of light and space is immediately apparent. The adjacent Sitting Room is a lovely restful space with superb proportions centring on a fireplace and with a bay window to the front elevation. Double doors lead from the Sitting Room into the former Dining Room, which is currently used as an office by my client and could also be utilised as a Snug. The Kitchen Dining Room overlooks the garden and has been fitted with high gloss cupboards and a range of appliances; there is a generous area for formal dining and entertaining.
