A three bedroom semi-detached property which has undergone several improvements by the current owners situated in a quiet cul de sac location and within ½ mile of the village centre and its many amenities and also not far from the village green and duck pond.

An Oak framed porch covers the entrance and the front door leads through to the internal hallway with doors to all rooms. There is a cloakroom and stairs rising to the first floor. The Lounge is a double aspect room with an open fire and doors leading to the rear garden. The kitchen was replaced in 2017 and acts as a great social family space currently with a large farmhouse table as well as a breakfast bar. There are integrated appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, a belfast sink and patio doors opening on to the garden. On the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms and family bathroom refitted in 2019. The boiler was replaced in 2019 and water pump fitted. The house was re-wired in 2017

Outside, the rear garden has a patio and then mainly laid to lawn with a new boundary fence and gate giving side access to the front of the property. The driveway was landscaped in 2019 to provide off street parking for several vehicles.

Sherfield on Loddon has a range of well known pubs and a collection of village shops and amenities all nearby to this property. There is also a vast common opposite the property which leads to the ever popular village cricket green.

There are a number of highly regarded local schools including Sherfield School and Daneshill Preparatory School amongst others. Transport links to both nearby Basingstoke and Reading are catered for by the A33,
