"A skilfully extended house, backing onto the Basingstoke Canal, set within a mews of just 10 properties.

The accommodation comprises of, entrance hall, utility room, fitted kitchen, living room and conservatory. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, there is also a bathroom. On the second floor is a master bedroom with a walk in wardrobe, en-suite shower room and spiral staircase leading to a dressing room/bonus room.

Externally there is a well kept, enclosed garden with a gate for rear access. The towpath for the Basingstoke canal is accessed nearby to the mews. There is a car port and driveway located opposite the house. The property is presented in excellent decorative order with gas central heating.

North Warnborough is a village in the Hart district of Hampshire. It is less than 2 miles (3.2 km) south of Hook, on the opposite side of the M3 motorway, and north-west of the village of Odiham. The Basingstoke Canal passes through the village, and the River Whitewater flows to the north. The village consists of a conservation area, bounded by Mill Corner in the north and The Street in the south, lying to each side of the B3349. Most of the village's listed buildings lie within the conservation area. There are later housing developments beyond the southern boundary of the conservation area to the Odiham boundary and also in the Old Orchard. London Waterloo is accessible in about an hour, via the railway station in Hook and access to Junction 5 of the M3 motorway is about a mile away.
