A front door opens to a spacious entrance hall with stairs to the first floor and access to the modern white bathroom suite. The front aspect sitting room has a delightful inglenook fireplace with log burning stove and a wealth of exposed beams. A latch door opens to the modern kitchen with a range of kitchen cabinets with contrasting worksurfaces and fitted shelving. A part glazed door gives access to the rear garden. On the first floor is the bedroom, enjoying vaulted ceilings and a wealth of exposed beams, together with a recessed storage cupboard.

Situation
The property is located within convenient access of Odiham High Street, with its good selection of amenities.
