"This detached four bedroom home is a rare find. With level grounds of half an acre in a tucked away private cul de sac position with gardens including light woodland. The accommodation is flexible with bedroom options on both the ground and 1st floor.

A truly superb end of cul de sac position is enjoyed within the highly desired Kingswood Firs area of Grayshott and is home to a detached four bedroom chalet bungalow that offers flexible accommodation.

Approached via a long drive with turning circle to the end, you know from the 1st moment you see this home it s going to be special.

A deep entrance porch provides shelter, with the front door opening into a welcoming hallway. To the end of the hall the principle sitting room can be found, where a wide opening takes you through to the kitchen dining room.
