"Prepare to be surprised as soon as you walk into this charming two bedroom cottage located in one of the most favoured areas of Gosport. The space on offer is apparent as soon as you walk in through the front door. The open plan living and dining area has been opened up in the past and now offers a great space for your furniture and provides a free flowing area when entertaining friends and family. The fitted kitchen is also a good size and has a breakfast bar which you can use to read the paper and enjoy that morning cup of coffee! The ground floor bathroom has created more room upstairs for the bedrooms and there is a loft room which provides a space for whatever you need it for. The attractive rear garden has been very well cared for and offers a private retreat to enjoy those lazy summer days! There is a workshop at the end of the garden which in the past has been used as an office but would also make a great hobbies or garden room.
The ‘Hardway’ area is much sought after and provides access to the A32, Town Centre and Ferry links to Portsmouth making getting around that much easier. We would recommend a viewing without delay to fully appreciate everything it has to offer.

We have lived in this house for many years and there are many things we shall miss. The location is one being so close to the shoreline of Portsmouth Harbour. On a summers day its lovely to be able to walk 5 minutes down the road and take in the views and maybe stop in one of the excellent pubs in the area! We are also very lucky to have good neighbours and the area in general is a pleasant place to live. It is also very convenient for schools and local convenience stores.
