I bought this property as it really stood out as being great value for money against other properties I was viewing at the time. I also have the benefit of having my own garden and garage with the property which is quite rare with a maisonette. The location is also very convenient as it is very close to the main bus route into town and Fareham and also ideally situated for schools and local shops. The surrounding area is a nice place to live and all the neighbours here are very friendly which makes for a good community spirit.
