"This 3 bedroom semi detached property is extremely well presented and within walking distance of All Saints Infants School and Tavistock Juniors with Calthorpe Park Secondary School, and is tucked away at the end of the cul de sac.

There is an entrance hall leading into the open plan style living space. The living/dining room is bright and airy with appealing wood flooring and ample space for a range of furnishing options. In the kitchen, there is a range of grey cabinets as well as a double oven with ceramic hob, a fridge and washing machine. A door from the kitchen leads to the rear garden.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of them double rooms as well as a single room/study. The bathroom has a white suite of bath, with shower over and glass shower screen. There is a separate WC.
