Hart District is regarded in some surveys to be the best place to live in the UK. These flats are a unique block of only 4 flats with 6 garages, a large communal garden area and in a road otherwise comprising detached houses & cottages. The address is within easy walking distance of the upmarket town centre. The railway station is also within walking distance with trains to Waterloo station in London. There are also good schools for all ages of children within a short walk. The canal is nearby which has wonderful walks along its tow path. I liked the first flat I bought so much that I also bought the other 3 as they became available. Over time, the flats have been homes for a number of families.

The property is ideal for first time buyers or commuters as it s within easy reach of the town centre and mainline station. You also have fleet pond within walking distance and it s of course offered for sale with no onward chain.
