"A nicely appointed three bedroom detached bungalow which is believed to have been built by a reputable local builder in 1985. The property offers scope for further improvement and enlargement subject to the necessary consents.

The property is situated in a highly regarded location within close proximity of local shops, schools and amenities. Approached via a driveway, providing parking for two vehicles leading to a single garage.
