"INSIDE The property is approached via a shingled driveway leading to a covered entrance porch with front door leading directly through to a well proportioned hallway. From the hall there are stairs leading to the first floor, an understairs cupboard, light oak laminate flooring, which continues throughout the entire ground floor, and a door leading through to a good size office. The office has a double glazed window to the front, a range of fitted cupboards, three desks and matching drawers (furniture is negotiable).
