"A detached family home situated in a private position towards the end of a no-through lane with a good degree of privacy to the front and rear. Arranged over two floors, the property offers well proportioned and flexible accommodation comprising a kitchen/breakfast room along with separate dining room. Also on the ground floor is a sitting room which leads to the family room, along with a conservatory over looking the rear garden. On the first floor there is a large master bedroom with built-in wardrobes and en suite bathroom together with a family bathroom and four further bedrooms, one of which could be used as a study.

Situation
The property is located in an unmade lane off Mill Lane in a private position tucked away on the outskirts of the village. There are a range of facilities and newly refurbished public house in the village of Lindford. More comprehensive facilities are available in the town of Liphook which is approximately 4 miles distant and has a station on the Portsmouth/Waterloo main line. Road transport links can be via Farnham to the A31 or Liphook via the A3 giving access to Guildford and London. There is a wide choice of schools in the vicinity and many acres of fine countryside close at hand, much under the ownership of the National Trust.
