"Becket Court is a lovely collection of Grade II listed homes formed around a central courtyard from what was originally believed to be 'The White Harte' coaching inn dating from the 17th century. The buildings were renovated and converted by J A Manser & Son Ltd in 1988 and provide an attractive community of character properties in an ideal spot on the edge of Basingstoke with beautiful Hampshire countryside a short stroll away.

This is one of the larger houses of the group offering plenty of space and also being neatly tucked away in one corner giving a greater degree of privacy.

The entrance hall gives access to all the ground floor rooms with the living room set to the rear. This has a brick built fireplace and French doors leading into the garden. There is also an attractive display recess, which looks to have been created out of a redundant fireplace. A good size dining room also has French doors into the garden and the kitchen to the front has room for a breakfast table in addition to plenty of cupboard and appliance space. The ground floor is completed by the cloakroom and a storage space under the stairs.

The first floor has three double sized bedrooms, two of which have pleasant twin aspects, with the master being set to the rear. There is also a large and interestingly shaped bathroom.

The garden is approached through a wrought iron gate to the side of the house and offers considerable privacy. Raised flowerbeds surround the lawn and the garden is south facing.

A garage is also included close by with room to park a car in front and further visitor parking spaces are available within the grounds.

The location of Becket Court is very appealing, situated within the Worting Village conservation area and having good access into Basingstoke's town centre, which has mainline rail services to London Waterloo (approx 45 minutes) and the south coast. There are also local shops within walking distance and being on the edge of town, there are enticing countryside walks right on the doorstep.
