DETAILS A well-presented modern two double bedroom semi-detached home located on the fringes on Holybourne. Built in 2013 by Messrs Persimmon Homes, this property has a front aspect kitchen, downstairs WC, living/dining room and upstairs two double bedrooms positioned either side of the bathroom. Outside there is a landscaped garden and to the front allocated parking for two vehicles. This property benefits from the balance of an NHBC guarantee.

Step into the entrance hall and positioned to the left is the kitchen which features a range of wall and base units with surfaces over, a stainless steel one and a half bowl sink and drainer unit, built in oven with a four ring gas hob over, extractor hood, space and plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher, space for a fridge/freezer, wall mounted cupboard housing the boiler and a front aspect double glazed window.
