"Set in a quiet, cul-de-sac location, the area is popular with people of all ages, including young families as it is within easy reach of the town centre and especially, also, many local schools.

The property has three bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor and also benefits from having a downstairs W.C. located just off the entrance hallway.
The kitchen is a good size, with plenty of storage and nice large windows to allow plenty of light in. There is even a breakfast bar, perfect if you're snacking.

The main living room offers plenty of reception space, allowing defined lounge and dining areas and this also leads to a sun room which is a great addition in the Summer months.
The property has gardens to the front and rear which are mainly laid to lawn. At the rear, there are also two paved patio areas, which are great if you like barbecues or entertaining friends, when the weather allows.

Parking provision in the road is very good and the property has its own garage, which is connected to the house via an enclosed walkway, which also serves as a very useful storage area. There is also a driveway which provides off-street parking for at least 2 cars.

The current owners have been very happy here, but now a desire to be closer to family on the South coast is prompting the move.

What the Owner says:

When we moved here we were looking for somewhere that stood out as a good home to start a family.
The house is a good size and we really liked the fact parking here was so easy and it being in a peaceful no-through road was a real bonus.
Since we moved in, we have undertaken various upgrades and have had new carpets fitted throughout as well as new flooring in the kitchen, downstairs W.C., bathroom and sun room. We have also done lots of redecoration inside so the place looks vastly improved to when we first moved in.
We have had a new boiler installed in September last year which is good news for any prospective buyers. We also had the garage roof redone recently.
