To the left of the hall is the sitting room, which has a front aspect bay window, a central fireplace with a surround, a wood burning stove, and storage and shelving on either side of the fireplace. To the rear of the hall is the family room, which has side aspect replacement sash windows, under stairs storage, and engineered wood flooring. It is open at the rear to the kitchen dining room.

The kitchen is a brand new, bespoke handmade Alton Barn Kitchen and features a full range of shaker style wall and base units with quartz surfaces, an inset sink and drainer unit, a La Canche dual electric gas oven with an extractor above, an integrated AEG dishwasher, and a quartz splashback.
