"This is a most delightful family home, far larger than initially anticipated and of great character and charm with spacious and flexible accommodation standing in an exceptionally convenient location for the town. The house retains of all the features associated with a building of this period with open fireplaces, high ceilings, stripped timber floors and natural wood panelled doors. The excellent accommodation includes a large sitting room with square bay window and open fireplace. There is also a very spacious dining room with fireplace and double doors opening into a timber framed conservatory with access to the garden and connecting door to the kitchen. The bespoke pine and beech fitted kitchen is of particular note and includes a six ring gas range. The first floor accommodation is of equal merit with three good size bedrooms. The careful conversion of the second floor to create two further bedrooms and a bathroom has only added to the overall degree of flexibility and space. There is a very useful detached timber framed outbuilding to the rear with power connected. This is a surprisingly spacious and interesting family home."
