This property forms the end of the terrace with an adjacent single garage to the right and is situated within a about a quarter of a mile of the High Street and mainline railway station in a highly sought after side road with well designed accommodation over two floors. The front door is framed by an attractive portico and opens to an entrance hall with cloakroom and stairs leading to the first floor. There is a spacious double aspect sitting/dining room with the central feature of an electric fireplace. A fully fitted kitchen (about seven years old) complements the ground floor accommodation whilst there are three bedrooms and a bathroom to the first floor. This is an ideal opportunity to purchase a centrally situated town house.

Situation
This property stands about quarter of a mile from the High Street and also provides good access to the mainline railway station. The historic market town of Alton has a good range of high street shops, weekly market, senior schools, further education college, Alton convent, sports centre, two outlying golf courses and mainline station to London Waterloo.
