"This two double bedroom modern terraced house is excellently located for access to Alton's town centre, and is only a short walk from the mainline railway station.

The property benefits from its own garage and off street parking for 1 to 2 cars which is especially useful for somewhere so close to the town.

Other benefits include a downstairs cloakroom, double glazing throughout as well as gas central heating, cavity wall insulation and an insulated loft.

There are gardens to the front and rear, with the rear garden enjoying a very sunny aspect for much of the day.

If you need to be close to the town centre with all of its shops and amenities and still retain the luxury of garage and driveway this is a hot contender!

When I first saw the property I was immediately drawn to the location, being so close to the station was useful as I needed to commute to Woking.

The size of the rooms were really good and having a separate hallway and downstairs cloakroom were both very useful.

Leading a busy lifestyle, the gardens have been perfect, being very low maintenance allowing more time to enjoy the sunshine. The garage and driveway were a real bonus being so close to town, meaning I rarely needed to drive.
