"A late Victorian cottage within a terrace of 5 homes in a sought after road with the added bonus of a modern garage fronting Kingsland Road at the rear. The property is within the vicinity of Westbrooke Gardens, the Market Square and the town centre. Believed to date from between 1870 and 1896, the cottage features a gabled end and westerly aspect rear garden. Characteristics include high ceilings, coving, white panelled internal doors with brass finished handles, open fireplace with the cottage also lending itself to further improvement. Rack Close Road consists of cottages and houses mostly dating from the Victorian and Edwardian eras.
