DETAILS Offered to the market with no onward chain is this three bedroom end of terrace cottage, positioned within walking distance of Alton town centre and mainline train station. The property has a bay-fronted living/dining room with an open fireplace, country style kitchen, downstairs bathroom and upstairs three well-proportioned bedrooms. To the rear there is a garden with side access and a summer house/home office.

Enter the property into the hall where there are stairs to the first floor and positioned to the right a door through to the living/dining room. The living room has a front aspect bay window with fitted café style shutters, solid wood flooring and an open fireplace.
