"This property enjoys a well-established and very private setting and was built about forty years ago. The interesting and unusual style and layout of this property is designed to maximise the southerly aspect to the rear creating a wonderful private sun trap patio whilst letting the maximum amount of light into all rooms. A central entrance lobby leads into a hall with a cloakroom which provides access to all principal rooms. The sitting room features a wood burning stove together with a slate hearth and brick surround. Double patio doors lead out onto the garden. A separate dining room enjoys excellent proportions whilst there is also a kitchen/breakfast room, fitted with a range of wall and base cabinets, one and a half bowl sink unit, dishwasher and double oven. The principal bedroom benefits from a range of fitted wardrobe cupboards and an en suite shower room whilst there are two to three further bedrooms, depending on usage. Bedroom two also features a range of fitted wardrobe cupboards. There is a fully fitted bathroom with panel bath, low level WC, pedestal wash hand basin and fully tiled walls.
