There are three bedrooms to the first floor and a family bathroom. The house has a uPVC double glazing and a gas fired central heating system. There is an attractive enclosed garden to the rear with direct access to the detached garage.

Situation
Moreland Close is a small no through close about three-quarters of a mile from the High Street. The thriving market town of Alton stands amidst fine Hampshire countryside between the regional centres of Guildford, Farnham and Basingstoke. The town has a good range of high street shops, senior schools, Waitrose food shop & M&S, weekly and specialist markets, further educational college, Alton School (independent school for boys and girls), sports centre, two outlying golf courses and mainline railway station to London Waterloo.
