" A lovely family house located in a sought-after residential roads on the southern edge of the town. With a double garage, secluded position and mature private garden, this house has everything that a growing family needs.

The house is approached via a pathway to the front door, which opens to the entrance hall, where there is a cloakroom and storage under the stairs. Double doors open to the spacious sitting room, which has a gas fire in a feature fire place with matching hearth. Double doors from the sitting room open to the dining room, where sliding doors lead into the garden. The fitted kitchen is accessible from the hall, as well from the dining room and features a range of fitted kitchen units and worktops, with a breakfast bar and door to the garden.

From the first floor landing doors open to the bedrooms, three of which are doubles. All four bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite in addition to the family bathroom.

Alresford is a beautiful Georgian town known for its variety of independent shops, restaurants and inns located in stunning surroundings on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Attractions include the Watercress steam railway, schools for infant, junior and secondary education, several churches and an active and inclusive community. The cathedral city of Winchester is about 7 miles away and there is easy access to the south coast, the midlands and London via the road network. There is also mainline rail access to London from both Winchester and Alton. Southampton airport is only about half an hour away by car.
