" Tucked away just down from Alresford's historic Broad Street, this pretty cottage has been much improved and includes a parking space and a delightful west-facing garden. The independent shops and restaurants of the town centre, and the beautiful riverside Millenium Trail, are just a few steps away from this peaceful cottage.

The property is one of four cottages called The Wickhams. A gravel lane off Mill Hill provides access to the front and rear gardens. Number 15 has a front garden with wildflowers and a morello cherry tree. The front door opens to the kitchen/dining room. There are ample cupboards and drawers with an iroko hardwood worktop. Appliances include Miele washer-dryer and dishwasher, with an electric oven, gas hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, and a upgraded gas boiler.

An archway leads to the well-appointed and cosy sitting room, which features a brick and granite fireplace with a recently installed Rais log burner. The cathedral city of Winchester is about 7 miles away and there is easy access to the south coast, the midlands and London via the road network.
