" A detached family home, located in a quiet cul-de-sac within easy reach of the town centre. The house is beautifully presented throughout and has been well-maintained over the years.

The front door opens to the light and airy entrance hall, where there is a cloakroom and stairs to the first floor. The kitchen is at the front of the house and has a range of fitted units with wooden doors and integrated appliances. An opening leads through to the dining room, which has French doors, which open to the garden. The spacious sitting room has a wood burning stove and French doors to the garden.

Upstairs, off the landing, are four bedrooms, three of which are doubles. The main bedroom has a range of fitted wardrobes and a re-fitted en-suite shower room. The main bathroom has also been re-fitted and has a white suite with a shower over the bath.
