" A well appointed three bedroom semi-detached house within easy reach of the local bus route and shop. This home has been in the current ownership for many years and comes to the market with no forward chain. Offering well planned accommodation and a good size rear garden providing the opportunity to extend if required.

On entering the ground floor the hall has stairs to the first floor and a door to the main sitting room, which has an archway through to the dining area with sliding patio doors to the rear garden. Also accessed from the hall there is a re-fitted kitchen, which in turn leads to the rear lobby with a door to the garden.

The first floor has three good size bedrooms and a family bathroom. From the landing there is a roof hatch to the loft area.

Outside to the front there is off road parking and access to the integral single garage, whilst approached via a side access the rear garden is mainly laid to lawns with flower beds and a timber garden shed.

Alresford is a beautiful Georgian town known for its variety of independent shops, restaurants and inns located in stunning surroundings on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Attractions include the Watercress steam railway, schools for infant, junior and secondary education, several churches and an active and inclusive community. The cathedral city of Winchester is about 7 miles away and there is easy access to the south coast, the midlands and London via the road network. There is also mainline rail access to London from both Winchester and Alton. Southampton airport is only about half an hour away by car.
