" An individual four bedroom family house built to an exacting standard by Linden Homes in 2009. Brill Close is a small cul-de-sac located on Grange Road, within easy walking distance of the town centre.

The stunning kitchen/dining/family room is very much the focal point of the home. It is fully fitted with a range of storage units, worktops and integrated appliances and includes a freestanding Rangemaster cooker.
