The extension is believed to date back to 1910, which is currently used as the holiday cottage and briefly comprises hall, lounge, dining room, sitting room, kitchen, conservatory, 4 first floor bedrooms, 1 with en-suite bathroom, 1 with en-suite shower room. The original property dating back to the 17th Century, briefly comprises open plan lounge/diner, kitchen, utility room with crog loft above, 3 first floor bedrooms, 1 with en-suite shower room, family bathroom. Ample parking area to the front and sides, lawned and decked gardens, garage/workshop. The Holiday Cottage has LPG gas central heating and PVCu double glazing, the original Cottage has storage heating, wood burning stove and partial PVCu double glazing and partial original sash windows
