"A mid terrace two bedroom studio style residence lying in a row of six similar design properties in a much favoured location overlooking well established and neatly kept communal gardens being convenient to all local amenities of this popular seaside village. The property has been maintained to an excellent standard by the present owners with modern features including double glazing and modern white bathroom suite, with two double bedrooms to the ground floor.
