DESCRIPTION

Achipur is an attractive semi detached property which has been modernised and maintained by the current vendors. At present it is used as a holiday home and holiday let, which derives a useful income stream. Of course, the property could be used for a similar use but it would also be well suited to a couple downsizing retiring or indeed for a young family.

The porch opens into the hall which has a laminate floor and from which all principal rooms are accessed. Beyond the kitchen is a downstairs shower room which is fully tiled with glazed shower cubicle, low flush w.c. and hand basin. At first floor level there are 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bedrooms 1 & 2 overlook the garden and take in the farreaching sea views; Both bedrooms are large doubles with Bedroom 2 having an attractive window seat. Bedroom 3 is to the rear of the house, again being a good sized double and Bedroom 4 is currently used as a twin room. All the bedrooms are served by the family bathroom which has tiled floor & walls, low flush w.c., built in hand basin, heated towel rail and integrated tiled bath.

OUTSIDE

To the rear of the house is a parking area, beyond which is a astroturf garden which is particularly private, benefiting from afternoon evening sun. From the garden there is access into the kitchen via bi folding doors or along the side of the house into the porch. Against the parking area is the former garage, which is now used for storage, albeit requiring a scheme of upgrading. The outbuilding has potential for a variety of uses, subject to the necessary consents but it is conceivable that it will be used for storage, ancillary accommodation, home office gym or letting accommodation. To the front of the property, accessed from the porch or dining room there is a stone flag terrace beyond which is a lawned garden enclosed by mature hedge & stone walls. From the front garden there are far reaching views across the water towards Portmeirion and beyond to the hills behind. Also from the front garden is a pedestrian gate onto the villlage path which leads into the village and also onto the coastal path.
