" Benefiting from LPG central heating and uPVC double glazing, the accommodation comprises:- Entrance Porch, Lounge with coal effect gas fire in a timber surround with marble panel, Inner Hall, Dining/Sitting Room with gas fire, Kitchen having matching units, provision for appliances and a wall mounted combi boiler, Shower Room with 2 piece suite, walk-in shower cubicle and built-in airing cupboard and 2 Bedrooms. Externally there is a lawned rear garden but the "hidden gem" is a further good size lawned garden overlooking open countryside and bordered by leylandi. This portion of the garden has great potential, possibly as a site for a chalet (subject to local authority approvals) and is accessed via a driveway running alongside the gable end of the adjoining end terrace house but which is in the ownership of this property. With a decent network of roads in the vicinity, the area also makes for easy travel to the university city of Bangor (some 8 miles distant), the A55 Expressway and if you enjoy beautiful scenery, you won't have too far to travel as the Snowdonia National Park lies nearby with its impressive mountains, valleys and lakes. Your main shopping destination will be Caernarfon which is a busy market town, a major tourist centre and the administrative centre for the county of Gwynedd. The variety of interesting and independent shops within the castle walls always offer something a little bit different from the norm and all within sight of the impressive castle. Caernarfon is situated along the banks of the beautiful Menai Strait with watersports and sailing facilities readily available alongside other leisure facilities.
