" The house sits on a generous plot with gardens, ample parking and garage. The principal reception rooms are of generous proportions with the lounge enjoying windows to two aspects and a living flame gas fire. Two of the east wing bedrooms have pleasant views of both the castle and the court of Uxbridge Square. The sizeable family kitchen has a built-in oven, hob and extractor hood. The accommodation offers the scope to be expanded due to the useful basement. The property does require some modernising and remedial work to bring it up to modern day standards. Benefiting from uPVC double glazing (with the exception of 1 window to the attic) and gas central heating, the accommodation briefly comprises: Entrance Hall, Lounge, Sitting Room, Dining Room, Dining Kitchen, Landing, 4 Double Bedrooms (master with En-Suite Shower Room), Bathroom and Attic Room.
