VENDOR'S PERSONAL STATEMENT
"I have really enjoyed this house. As it's within the town walls, it's close to everything you need. The house is quiet and peaceful, with a convenient layout, the lowest floor being particularly useful with its open-plan arrangement, which can accommodate a sitting room as well as the dining room besides the kitchen if you wish. That has been my winter arrangement, when I've lived mostly in that part of the house, as it's so easy to heat, and I didn't need to heat the rest. I have also greatly enjoyed the spirit of the community in Church Street, especially the warm welcome I received from everyone when I first arrived.
Every morning I've been here I've gone for a walk along the promenade, and every morning there was something different to see - the light changes from season to season, and the tide from day to day. The walks often extended into much longer rambles, as there are excellent places for walking around Caernarfon.
Another aspect I've enjoyed about being in this house is Caernarfon itself, and the pleasure my friends who have come to stay have found in the town - its history and its surrounds. It has been a good time, and I'm parting reluctantly with this lovely house, as I have moved to Anglesey into a house with a separate studio/workroom, which is now necessary for my work."
