" Pen Y Bont really catches the eye - it's an attractive and quirky End Terrace House overlooking a small river within the village with a very pleasant southerly aspect and views from the front towards one of the three peaks of the nearby 'Yr Eifl' hills. Its appealing exterior is carried through into the interior - the main living room being especially inviting, a sizeable room with three large windows offering copious amounts of natural light together with a large feature stone fireplace housing a large multi-fuel stove and a decorative quarry tiled floor. Bedroom 1 has a separate staircase from the kitchen and is again an attractive room, featuring a dressed stone wall, exposed roof purlins and has en-suite facilities of Wc and shower. The two remaining bedrooms are south facing, one of which has windows to two aspects and both feature pine latched doors. A modern bathroom completes the picture. The property has timber single glazed sash style windows and is part heated with electric Economy 7 storage heaters. LOCATION Trefor is a small village nestled just inland off the beautiful North Wales coastline sitting below the northern slopes of the well known outline of the 3 peaks of ´Yr Eifl´ hills - a very picturesque setting indeed! With the coastline so close, there is the opportunity to enjoy great walks along the beach and harbour whilst taking in the fine sea and rugged mountain views. One of the hills above the village is home to one of Europe´s largest medieval settlements which is well worthy of inspection and can be reached via the Llyn coastal path. Trefor has local amenities of a village store, primary school and is situated on a bus route. The recently improved A499 thoroughfare runs between the two main towns of Caernarfon and Pwllheli, allowing for easy commuting. For your shopping needs, the large village of Penygroes is approximately 7 miles distant with a number of shops, schools and leisure facilities whilst Caernarfon is approximately 14 miles distant with all the amenities you could need. The coastal resort of Pwllheli lies in the other direction and is a renowned market town with a fine marina and sandy beaches.
