Description
Tyddyn Bistle is a traditional farmhouse with an adjoining annexe converted from a section of the courtyard outbuildings in the mid 1990's. The farmhouse probably dates back to the mid to late 1800's and over the last 25 years, our clients have lovingly and sympathetically developed and restored the property creating the most impressive residence we see today. Benefiting from triple/double glazing and a highly cost effective heating/hot water system combining a solar energy installation with a Biomass boiler and LPG boiler, the beautifully presented accommodation comprises - (Main House) Entrance porch with a tiled floor into the entrance lobby with slate flooring. The double aspect dining room has a beamed ceiling and outer double doors and the large boiler room contains the large 2000 Dm storage tank along with the two boilers. The luxury kitchen/breakfast room has a good range of light oak base and wall units with granite work surfacing, oak flooring and a 'Rangemaster' cooking range (5 ring LPG hob and electric double oven). There is a rear lobby with a tiled floor and a shelved pantry. The Snug is a delightful room with a beamed ceiling and outer french doors and the main lounge is a most impressive room with 4 panel bi-folding outer doors, oak flooring and a wood burning stove. To the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms (1 with en-suite shower room) and two of the bedrooms having built-in wardrobes, there is also a family shower room with a double shower cubicle. The Annexe was developed to cater for disabled access and comprises a well fitted kitchen with a quarry tiled floor, an excellent range of base/wall units, granite work surfacing and a built-in oven/hob.
