The Cypress Oaks Estate is ever popular with families and young professionals and its easy to see why. With views of the local countryside, this development has a really nice feel to it, yet it is still beneficial for access to Stalybridge (5 minutes by car) whether for the supermarket weekly shop or the train station for commuting, the local is really convenient.
