What The Owner Says
'This has been our home since being built in 2002. The house has grown around us. We converted the garage and fitted a new kitchen / dining area in 2012 which is great for entertaining. Two of the three top floor rooms have been knocked through to make a large master bedroom with loads of wardrobe space and an en suite shower. Over the years the third top floor room has been a guest bedroom, a gym, and is now an office. The house is very secure owing to the fence, tall conifers and iron gate at the rear. The off-street parking for 3 cars makes life easy when we have friends round, and the views over the whole of Salford, Manchester city centre and the hills beyond are stunning - especially for fireworks on bonfire night and New Year's Eve!'
