"When looking for a good Warner flat there are some things you need to know, has it got a good lease, is it first floor (as they are larger), is it walking distance to the tube? If the answers are yes, yes and yes then please read on.

Situated in one of the best roads in Lloyd's Park, Mersey Road is approximately 12 minutes walk to the tube. A couple of minutes down the road is the former home of the famous 19th century designer William Morris whose former home is now a gallery/museum, sat in his grounds is Lloyd's Park, great for those leisurely strolls around the park.

The property is presented in amazing condition, high ceilings, large kitchen/diner, perfect for the chef in you. Just imagine those dinner parties you could throw. Once finished the guests can relax in the large and ample lounge. If you are after the better things in life, Mersey Road should be at the top of your list.

They say you know it the second you enter the door and I did, Mersey Road was exactly what I wanted. First floor with a 17ft lounge, the light just flooding in, high ceilings and a traditional fireplace.

What I wasn't expecting was the size of the kitchen it was much bigger than what I could have hoped for, my kitchen is bigger than a lot of my friends houses and it is great for throwing dinner parties.

I have been very happy here and I am sure the new buyer/s will be as well.
